Safety first. Wearing Safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where possible. We recommend the use of safety glasses, gloves, dust masks, hearing protection, & knee pads, wearing PPE for DIY is a good idea if you want to stay safe in your home and avoid any trips to A&E! Accidents can happen whether you’re a confident DIY-er or doing your first home project, so it’s a good idea to always be prepared.

- Cutaway from the body, rather than against.
- Keep hands away from running blades.
- Keep your workspace tidy, clean, and clutter-free to avoid accidents and hazards.
