Why is there a cost for the delivery?

Due to the length and weight of the boards, they are transported using a heavy goods courier. Delivery is calculated via postcode. To view the exact cost of your delivery, add your items to basket and enter your postcode on the basket page. Our shipping service calculator will display the cost before placing an order.

How long will delivery take?

Currently our lead time for decking board orders is 3-5 working days. It is also possible to collect from our warehouse in West Yorkshire.

I forgot some items with my order, can I order more?

I need to return some items, what is the return policy?

We advise a professional but you can use our installation guides here which may assist you in deciding if you could perform the installation yourself.

How many boards will I need?

We recommend using our installation guides here. Once you have determined the square meter area you need to cover, you can use our decking calculator to work out how many boards you need.

How many side panels will I need?
